Search for a Card

You can search for a card based on specific search criteria. In the search results, you can view information, such as the card number, unique identification number that enables you to track the delivery of the card, the name of the carrier that delivers the card, the current status of the card, the card type, the name of the driver associated with the card, the expiration date of the card, the description of the vehicle associated with the card, and the date from which the card is effective.

You can also perform the following tasks if the status of your card is active:

  • View the recent card transaction details
  • Move one or more cards to another card group or account. You cannot move a blocked card or a card which is scheduled to be moved at a future date. You can move a card only within the same card group and the same card type.
  • Change the status of a card
  • View a list of the transactions that are denied by the card processor. You can view information, such as the date on which the transaction is performed, the requested amount of the authorization request, and the reason for which the transaction is denied. You can also view the unique identification number, the name, and the location of the site where the transaction is performed.
  • Create a new card by copying an existing card details
  • Maintain the vehicle details associated with the card

To search for a card:

  1. On the top menu, select Card Management and then click Card List. The Card List page appears.
  1. Enter the details, as required.
  1. Click Search. The search results appear.

  • To reset the search criteria you entered, click Reset.
  • To export the card details to an Excel sheet, click Export to Excel. You can either access the spreadsheet to view the results immediately, or save it on your local drive to view the results later.
  • In the Actions list, select an action that you want to perform for a card or multiple cards and then click Go. You can change the status of the card, enter a future date on which additional changes can be made to the card, or move the card from one card group to another.
  • To view the recent transactions associated with a card, move a card from one card group to another, change the status of a card, view the list of denied authorizations, copy the card details, and maintain card vehicle information, you can click .
