A Prompted ID is a unique identification number that is prompted for at the point of sale (POS) during a transaction. A Prompted ID is used to identify the driver, vehicle, or other generic information associated with a customer. If a Prompted ID is active, it can be validated against the list of approved Prompted IDs during a card transaction.

A pool is a group of one or more Prompted IDs. A Prompted ID can be allocated to a single or multiple pools.

You can search for and add a new Prompted ID. You can also modify the information of a Prompted ID.

You can create a new Prompted ID pool and modify the information associated with the Prompted ID pool. You can also assign a Prompted ID to a pool or maintain the Prompted ID within a pool.
