You can view a summary
of the expenditure associated with the transactions performed.
In the search results, you can view the type of transaction performed,
the card type, and the country associated with the card.
To search for amount spent on transactions:
On the top menu, select Accounts
& Transactions and then click Spend
Summary. The Spend Summary
page appears.
Enter the details, as required.
Click Search.
The search results appear.

Select the relevant
option for which you want to view the expenditure summary
for the transactions performed.
Billing

Click to select the date from which
you want to view the expenditure summary for the transactions
performed.
Billing Period To
Click to select

for the transactions performed.

Billing Period
Displays the date
from which you want to view the expenditure summary for the
transactions performed.
Currency
Displays the currency in which
the transaction is performed.
Buy Back Amount(Net)
Displays
the net buyback amount for the transaction performed.
Non
Buy Back Amount(Net)
Displays the net non-buyback amount
for the transaction performed.
Gross
Displays the total
gross amount payable by the customer, including the total
net amount and the value added tax.
Vat
Displays the total value added tax payable
by the customer, excluding the net amount.
Number of Transactions
Displays the total
number of transactions that are billed.
Service
Fee
Displays a fee that is assessed either
as a percentage of all purchases made with a card during the
calculation period or as a rate multiplied by the quantity
of all products purchased with a particular card.
To reset the search criteria you entered,
click Reset.
To export the expenditure summary details
to an Excel sheet, click Export
to Excel. You can either access the spreadsheet to
view the results immediately, or save it on your local drive
to view the results later.
