Search for Declined Transaction

You can search for a specific card transaction that has been declined due to reasons, such as incorrect PIN, blocked card, low balance, and transaction limit exceed.

You can also view the summary of the authorizations that are declined. You can only view the declined transactions for the past seven days.

To search for declined transaction:

  1. On the top menu, select Accounts & Transactions and then click Decline Summary. The Decline Summary page appears.
  1. Enter the details, as required.
  2. Click Search. The search results appear.
